Since 1984, Grupo Aço Cearense has been on a path of continuous growth, solidifying itself as a reference in the Brazilian steel industry. With a trajectory marked by innovation and commitment to national development, we have expanded our operations to include three companies and an institute, with a significant presence in Ceará, Pará and Tocantins.

Our story

The journey began with the founding of Aço Cearense Comercial, in Fortaleza (CE). Over time, we grew and diversified our activities, always focused on meeting market demands with excellence. Aço Cearense Industrial, which produces flat steel, is also located in Fortaleza. The Aço Cearense Institute, in turn, plays a crucial role in social inclusion through initiatives in education, culture, sports and entrepreneurship.

Our presence

In the North of Brazil, in Marabá (PA), Siderúrgica Norte Brasil SA – SINOBRAS produces high-quality long steel. In Tocantins, SINOBRAS Florestal is dedicated to the cultivation of eucalyptus for the production of bioenergy reducer, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. In 2022, we took another important step with the launch of Aço Cearense Logística, unifying our service chain and optimizing our logistics services.
