It took place yesterday (26), in the SINOBRAS Auditorium, following all safety protocols, the WarmUp “warming up” of QualificAço – Program for the Development of Planners and Analysts of Methods and Processes.
The event was attended by Milton Lima, Industrial Director, and Cinthia Cavalcanti, Director of Organizational Development and IT, who reinforced Grupo Aço Cearense's commitment to the development of its employees.
Launched in January of this year, the program had to be suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and is now being resumed in a digital format, maintaining and reinforcing the purpose of continuing education and qualification.
"QualificAço is based on the concept of continuous learning. By combining theory and practice, our employees will have the opportunity to learn about and understand all phases of our production, thus gaining a broader perspective on our business," explains SINOBRAS' Internal Human Resources Consultant, Admilson Rocha.
Vinícius Pereira, a Planner at Trefila, is excited about the program. "It will be an incredible opportunity for personal and professional growth, where we'll have the opportunity to learn about the company in general. Expectations are high, and the opportunity to see all the plant's processes is incredibly exciting."
