Maju Ferreira tells her story

Legal Director Maju Ferreira shared a moving reminisce on the Group's social media channels about some of the most memorable moments of her career. Read the full story:
"I started in 1986, exactly 33 years and 10 months ago, and I've been a doubly part of this family. It was still a small company with about 16 employees alongside my brother Vilmar, who still leads the business with the same strength, energy, and determination. The company grew, and we currently have almost 4,000 employees. During this time, I've worked in various areas of the company. I worked in collections, registration, and finance, but as I studied, I fell in love with law and thus established the Group's legal department. In a quick, memorable memory, imagine my emotion at seeing myself present for almost the entirety of this long journey, 4 decades! It's indescribable. I saw it, I experienced it, and together, with the other employees, we continue to win. Many have passed through here, others are still here, others arrived recently, but everyone has been and is part of this story of struggle, but also of success and faith! Let's keep going, and may another 40 years come... A long life of success and glory for us all."
