Last Tuesday (13), representatives of the Instituto Aço Cearense were at the headquarters of the Association of Companies of the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex (AECIPP) to donate 100 basic food baskets (around 1200 kg of food) for the campaign “Friendly basket: feeding hopes”.
Donations are being allocated to families living in socially vulnerable situations who, at this time, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, are facing even more difficulties.
For Rosemeire Matos, president of the Instituto Aço Cearense, every donation is important. "Whenever possible, we partner with our partners to help with campaigns like these, because we know how serious the institution is. Every donation is important to these families in such dire need," she emphasizes.
