On the 25th, Ian Corrêa, Vice President of Operations at Grupo Aço Cearense, attended the Senior Group's Online Meeting, comprised of directors from companies in the Northeast region. Nearly 200 executives registered for the webinar, interested in attending the virtual event via Zoom.
Also present at the event were Annette de Castro, CEO of Mallory, and Elias Leite, President of Unimed Fortaleza, who shared and discussed their management experiences, considering all the challenges and strategies in the pandemic scenario. Moderator Carlos Mororó, CEO of Camarmo Consultoria, was the moderator.
Ian Corrêa spoke during the meeting about the importance of adaptation: "Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have worked with three pillars: survival, sustainability, and recovery. Our actions were based on our priority focus: caring for our employees and their families, seeking to protect their health and offer support, not stopping our operations, and ensuring our customers could also get through this time. We ensured that this entire situation would pass and we would emerge stronger. We created a Crisis Committee to decide and monitor all necessary measures daily to address this situation. We actively communicate with our employees and customers, transparently informing them of the actions and decisions taken.
