The transformation of communication was internationally recognized at the festival held in Portugal in the first four months.
Keeping pace with market trends, Grupo Aço Cearense launched "Acontece+" in October 2022, a collaborative multiplatform for communication and services, to bring more innovation, ease, and comfort to employees. The case study, "The Transformation of Internal Communication at Grupo Aço Cearense," was submitted by Supera Comunicação, the agency that supported the Group in the digitalization of internal communications, to participate in the 10th edition of the "Lusophone Creativity Awards" in the "Internal Communication Campaign" subcategory, and received a silver award.
The international creativity festival, hosted in Portugal, is also the only one worldwide dedicated exclusively to awarding, honoring, and discussing the advertising and communications markets of Portuguese-speaking countries. The challenge was to develop an internal communications campaign to launch the Beehome platform and reach employees of the group's four companies located in Ceará, Pará, and Tocantins: Aço Cearense Comercial, Aço Cearense Industrial, SINOBRAS, SINOBRAS Florestal, and Instituto Aço Cearense. Furthermore, the goal was to establish a closer, more humanized, and engaging dialogue that spoke the different languages the Group needed, as well as facilitate access to corporate services, combining agility in internal workflows with democratization.
"This award reflects the work that was strategically planned for months by the communications team to implement a platform that connects the entire Group in a light, dynamic, engaging, attractive and democratic way, delivering a solution with a Portal, App, TV, and corporate services for our employees in one place," highlighted Neliza Ferraz, communications coordinator at Grupo Aço Cearense.
