Relatives of employees visit the company

Aço Cearense opens its doors every month for its employees' families to experience the company up close. On August 23, 19 people had the opportunity to visit their family members' workplaces.

Each visit provides a presentation on the company's production process and the employees' work environment. Zulene Medeiros and her husband, Benedito Alves, parents of Arislene Medeiros, a Safety Technician at Aço Cearense Industrial Matriz, praised the warm welcome they received at Aço Cearense. "We were very well received; the team is to be congratulated for their organization and safety. We really enjoyed the experience," they commented.

Enrollment

To enroll a family member in the project, employees should contact the Quality of Life and Benefits department at extensions 1649 (Aço Cearense Comercial) and 8454 (Aço Cearense Industrial). The next visit will be in September, and enrollment is open until the 14th.
