With the aim of providing students with a technical overview of future professions, Grupo Aço Cearense received two visitors to its companies on the morning of August 30th.
At SINOBRAS, Ronaldo Brito (Environmental Technician) and Paulo Almeida (Occupational Safety Technician) accompanied 25 students from the Occupational Safety and Environmental Management courses at Uniasselvi, and the Environmental Technician course at the Vale dos Carajás Technical School. At ACI, Rossana Lopes (HR Analyst) and Nilson Lima (Occupational Safety Engineer) presented the company to 20 students from the Business Administration course at Unifametro.
"The visit broadened my perspective not only on safety, but also on environmental management and product quality. I realized that, in addition to investing in these areas, SINOBRAS also cares about the well-being of its employees," said Saulo Pereira, a student in the Occupational Safety program at Uniasselvi.
Regina Filgueiras, a professor in the Business Administration program at Unifametro, also commented: "The students were delighted with Aço Cearense Industrial's organization, its serious approach, and its values. It was an incredibly enriching morning, allowing them to experience the reality of what they only see in theory. I'm very grateful for the warm welcome and hope to have the opportunity to bring other students. Congratulations to the company for its dedicated work!"
