On June 4th, Aline Ferreira, Vice President of Sales and Finance at Grupo Aço Cearense, participated in the second meeting of entrepreneurs supported by the Endeavor Scale-Up acceleration program, held in São Paulo. During the meeting, Aline Ferreira and Gabriela Baumgart, both Endeavor Ambassadors, also discussed mindfulness (control over the ability to focus on present experiences, activities, and sensations) and mental health.
Scale-up Endeavor is an acceleration program for entrepreneurs run by Endeavor, a global nonprofit organization that fosters entrepreneurship. Acceleration takes place through workshops and individual mentoring with the country's leading leaders. Furthermore, the program promotes exchanges among participating entrepreneurs and access to the organization's biggest events, such as Day1 and the Scale-up Summit. The goal is to develop a new generation of role models to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Brazil.
The meeting of entrepreneurs was an initiative of the community of women supported in the 2019 edition and aims to:
– Strengthen the bond between entrepreneurs, identifying synergies between businesses;
– Seek inspiration from each other;
– Encourage personal and professional growth among them;
– Encourage more entrepreneurs to join the community through referrals.
