The Director of Organizational Development and IT at Grupo Aço Cearense, Cinthia Cavalcanti, was a speaker at Diálogos Supera, an event held in June by the Supera agency, a partner of the Group.
The event featured discussions on the role of communication in times of cultural transformation and the Director spoke about the Grupo Aço Cearense case, with the theme “Organizational Culture: transform or consolidate?”.
