Coffee with VP is held at Aço Cearense Industrial

The second edition of Café com VP was held in June at Aço Cearense Industrial. Employees from various departments of the unit met with Vice Presidents Aline Ferreira and Ian Corrêa for a relaxed and productive chat.
For Roberto Ferreira, from Production Area 1 at Aço Cearense Industrial Matriz, the meeting was very good. "I thought the coffee was wonderful, and what I noticed was their simplicity. Despite holding high positions within the company, they are down-to-earth, listened to our suggestions, understood our perspective, and shared the company's perspective on certain issues. This gave us comfort and the certainty that our participation here was and is important for the Group's growth," he highlighted.
Kennedy Costa, a Crane Maintenance employee at Aço Cearense Industrial Branch, said: "This meeting showed us how much the Board cares about our well-being, how we're working, and how our managers behave. After this morning, I believe anything is possible. I never imagined myself sitting at a table, chatting, drinking coffee, and discussing work-related issues with the Vice Presidents of the Aço Cearense Group. This was very different for me. Opportunity is the word that defines this moment."
The Coffee with VP event will be held at all Aço Cearense Group companies, according to the VPs' schedules. Space is limited to 10 employees per event. Registration is open according to the announcement made on Aço Cearense Group's communication channels at each unit.
The next editions will take place in September at SINOBRAS and SINOBRAS Florestal.
