Aço Cearense opens its doors to visits from employees' families

Aço Cearense abre as portas para visita de familiares dos colaboradores

Visiting family members' workplaces is a way to strengthen and strengthen employee ties with the workplace. This is why Aço Cearense is implementing the Family in the Company project, which allows employees to bring their family members to visit the company. On January 24th, the company opened its doors to 21 visitors through the project.

The afternoon-long visit began with an institutional presentation and continued on to allow participants to learn about the company's production process and sales department. The project is being implemented by the Human Resources department, with five more visits planned for this year. According to Adriana Bianqui, HR manager at Grupo Aço Cearense, the project brings many benefits to the company. "Bringing family members into the work environment instills a sense of pride in our employees. It's a way for them to share a bit of their company experience with their families. This project significantly enhances our daily lives, as employees feel more integrated, which also helps with the production process," says the manager.

Tamires Quintino, wife of Automotive employee João Pedro Fraga, really enjoyed the visit. "I've wanted to visit Aço Cearense for a long time, having only seen it from the outside, but today I had the opportunity. I was very well received and I'm really enjoying it," she said.
