Aline Ferreira, our Vice President of Sales and Finance, participated this Thursday (9) in Lide Talks, a weekly online event promoted by LIDE Ceará – a multisectoral and multilateral Business Leaders Group. The event was attended by approximately 100 people.
Along with other business leaders from the state, such as Sérgio Resende (LIDE Ceará), Bruno Girão (Betânea Lácteos) and Vicente Jr (Grupo Servnac), the challenges and new post-pandemic management models were discussed, with a portrait of the real economy and how companies are reinventing themselves to emerge even stronger.
For Aline Ferreira, the Covid-19 pandemic should lead us to reflect: "How will my life change from now on? What mistakes will I stop making? The coronavirus is a very bad problem, but it will pass. Mistakes, yes, can last a lifetime. We need to adopt a perspective of learning and gratitude, exercising our ability to adapt to this new moment with faith, hope, and love."
