This year, the Aço Cearense Group celebrated its 40th anniversary, and as part of its anniversary celebrations, the "Our People, Our History" project was launched to honor employees with 10, 20, 30, or more years of dedication and daily commitment to the growth of the companies that make up the Group. The recognition event took place on December 18th at ACC and on the 19th at Aço Cearense Industrial.
Gilberto Silva, a Services employee who has worked at ACC for 12 years, spoke emotionally on behalf of his colleagues: "It was here that I had the opportunity to grow professionally and become a cycling athlete. I have no words to describe my gratitude to everyone who believed in me, interceded for me, and supported me, and continues to do so. I feel truly fulfilled and can only thank Grupo Aço Cearense," said Gilberto.
In November, 125 employees from SINOBRAS and SINOBRAS Florestal were also recognized. In total, 666 employees of Grupo Aço Cearense received a personalized shirt with their name and years of service, a certificate, and a distinctive badge.
