Workshop “Be a Leader of Heroes” brings together managers from several companies in Fortaleza

Vox Líderes, with the support of Grupo Aço Cearense, hosted the workshop "Be a Leader of Heroes" – How to Create a Team of Unbeatable Heroes, held on September 25th. The event featured writer Leandro Moreira as the keynote speaker.
The event's content revolved around leadership with employees, how to motivate and delight them. In addition to writer Leandro, the event also featured lectures by Aline Ferreira, Vice President of Grupo Aço Cearense; Marcelo Pimentel, Managing Partner of Barneys, Butchers, and Ollies; Raduan Melo, Partner at PWR Gestão; and Newton Guimarães Júnior, Managing Partner of Vox Líderes Executive Education and Special Markets Manager at Grupo Aço Cearense.
More than 100 employees from Aço Cearense Comercial and Aço Cearense Industrial participated in the workshop. "It was fantastic! A moment of great learning, with shared experiences of leadership, entrepreneurial vision, engagement, and a new approach to purpose. I'm grateful for the opportunity to participate in this great event," said Erike Mendes, Logistics Manager at Aço Cearense.
