This month's edition of Family at Work was a special tribute to employees' mothers. To honor these important individuals, the Quality of Life and Benefits department organized a video with messages of love and gratitude from employees' children and spouses. At SINOBRAS, mothers were honored with photos. Family at Work took place in May at Aço Cearense Industrial, Aço Cearense Comercial, and SINOBRAS. At SINOBRAS Florestal, the event will take place on May 30th.
Carmen Sousa, Human Resources Coordinator, opened the event at Aço Cearense Industrial and shared her achievements and challenges as a daughter and mother of two boys and a girl. At SINOBRAS, visitors were welcomed by Roberta Oliveira, Benefits Analyst, who spoke about the project, and by Elzio Alves, Engineering Planner, who presented the company's entire production process.
Regina Silva, mother of Adalberto Nascimento, an IT (Service Desk) employee at Aço Cearense Comercial, said: "I really enjoyed the visit and admire the President's growth trajectory. I hope his descendants can continue the work he achieved with such effort. May God continue to shine a light on the work of everyone at this company, and thank you for the morning we had."
Vilma Queiroz, mother of Instituto Aço Cearense employee Laura Queiroz, also spoke about the visit: "I simply loved seeing the environment where my daughter works! It reminded me of my school days, when children would pay tribute to their mothers. I had no idea SINOBRAS would be so big, not to mention how warm the staff was to us. I really enjoyed it!"
This special Mother's Day edition received 45 participants.
