Aço Cearense Group project enables employees to complete high school

The event was attended by company directors and managers, as well as project instructors. The ceremony was held at Aço Cearense Industrial.
Renato Ferreira Lima, the class valedictorian, emphasized the importance of celebrating this achievement, which was marked by overcoming a series of obstacles to completing his studies. "Our journey thus far has not been easy. We encountered many difficulties and problems that often made us consider giving up. But we made it. Our life is an eternal journey, and the reward is what motivates us to keep going," he said.

The Aço Cearense Group strives to maintain a talented, committed, and fulfilled team. To this end, it invests in employee training through initiatives such as EducaAço. Since 2013, when the Group implemented the project, 418 students have benefited from this educational development, both in elementary and high school.
