Female employees participate in tributes to International Women's Day

“Women who change the world”, this was the theme of the campaign carried out in honor of International Women's Day, celebrated on the 8th.

Actions

One of the proposed actions was for employees to send photos of themselves in their work environment and these images were transformed into a video that is published on our Facebook.
The second action was to send a phrase that translated what it means to be a woman in the 21st century and the winning phrase was: “Being a woman is knowing how to see the beauties and subtleties of life, conquering your space, constantly fighting for equality and being strong and simple”, by employee Mayara Torres, from the Sales area of ACC, who won a beauty voucher.

For Mayara, the tributes were truly captivating. "I was so happy to win and to know that my phrase represents all the women at Aço Cearense.
