The Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT), held at Aço Cearense Comercial and Aço Cearense Industrial, was a success. Marked by employee enthusiasm, team competitions, workplace gymnastics, board games, races, and awards, SIPAT 2017 provided a wealth of learning for everyone. The event's theme was "Safe Attitude, the Decision is in My Hands," and it was with this theme that employees used their imagination to participate in the activities.
The teams' mobilization was quite encouraging and surprising to the judges and the audience. Aço Cearense Industrial employees formed a task force and met one of the SIPAT requirements, managing to collect nearly 5 tons of food, surpassing the 3 tons collected last year. The result of this solidarity effort will be the donation of food to charitable organizations partnered with the Aço Cearense Institute.
