Students of the Private Security Management Technology course at Vale do Acaraú State University (UVA), in partnership with the Training and Development Center (CETREDE/UFC), learned about the Asset Security area at Aço Cearense Industrial.
The delegation, made up of 31 students and a professor, was welcomed by Administrative Coordinator Giovanni Benevides and the Property Security and Communications departments. "Sharing some of our knowledge with these students is always a great way to connect. As a student and graduate of this program, I'm proud to welcome these students and Professor Bessa, my dissertation advisor, to my workplace. Being able to contribute by sharing experiences is extremely rewarding," said Giovanni.
For Professor Adail Bessa, interpersonal skills are the ability to listen and then establish a logical line of reasoning. "This is what learning is all about: listening, assimilating, and benefiting from what we experience. Today we had a very productive morning; I met up with several former students, and together we practiced our knowledge. I'd like to emphasize that Aço Cearense will receive a letter inviting a company representative to participate in a moment the University will host to honor the companies that hosted us. Thank you to everyone involved in the visit," the professor said.
Aço Cearense Industrial welcomes students monthly. To do so, the educational institution simply sends a request letter to the company's Communications department.
