Research shows that Family visits to the company are positive for employees and their families. Aço Cearense has been carrying out the Family in the Company project since 2016 with the aim of strengthening the relationship between the families of employees and the companies Aço Cearense Comercial and Aço Cearense Industrial.
On the 19th, the first edition of 2017 took place, carried out by the Quality of Life and Benefits area, with the participation of Marcos Arruda Costa, Product Movement and Stock Manager, and also Abraahão Adams, Production Supervisor, who welcomed the 17 visiting family members.
Juliana Grangeiro, an analyst in the area promoting the project, said: "We noticed from the visitors' comments that employee effort is becoming more valued at home, and the contribution of each employee here is essential to the company's survival. During the January visit, 100% of the family members rated the project as excellent," she explained.
Family in the Company returns with a schedule of visits set for the entire year, with meetings scheduled for every month in 2017.
