Designed for efficiency and high production, this conveyor oven operates at 220V or 380V, with a maximum power of 14.4 kWh and a maximum temperature of 752ºF. It can bake pizzas up to 21 inches, producing up to 90 pizzas or 1,600 esfihas per hour, depending on dough thickness and toppings.
With a conveyor time range from 1 to 20 minutes, it ensures precise baking control. The oven includes a standby mode for reduced energy consumption and requires a 2×1 mm cable with a 10A plug, to be connected to a 220V outlet for electronic control activation.
