If your company has been operating for several years, you may not stop to consider how much resources you've already invested in your business. Look at the company's balance sheet to see how much capital is allocated.\u00a0customers<\/a><\/strong>, stocks and\u00a0suppliers<\/a><\/strong>, there is a great source of resources normally neglected by the commercial routine.<\/p>\n

Carefully manage sales deadlines,\u00a0stock levels<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and spend time securing payment terms with your suppliers, which naturally your\u00a0working capital<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0will drain precious cash from the firm.<\/p>\n
