The A\u00e7o Cearense Group understands the importance of respecting and recognizing women&#039;s causes. To commemorate the day, celebrated on March 8th, the Group has prepared initiatives for its female employees to bring important discussions about gender and female empowerment into the workplace.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Starting this month, all employees will have the opportunity to celebrate and recognize the talents of the women who are part of Grupo A\u00e7o Cearense&#039;s daily work. The &quot;We Are Grateful, Women&quot; campaign will feature messages of support and affection from coworkers recognizing the women working at Grupo A\u00e7o Cearense&#039;s companies, via the intranet.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On March 8th, Milena Monteiro, National Leader of the Social Assistance area of the Justiceiras Project, will be invited to a virtual meeting with employees of the Group&#039;s companies. The meeting will be moderated by a representative from the Human Resources department and will focus on &quot;Violence against Women,&quot; as a way to raise public awareness about such an important issue. The Justiceiras Project was conceived amid concerns about the increase in domestic violence during social isolation.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>According to Cinthia Cavalcanti, director of organizational development and IT at Grupo A\u00e7o Cearense, initiatives like these can contribute to reflection on this topic. &quot;We want our female employees to have access to information and to feel welcomed by the company. It&#039;s essential that they know how to seek help in cases of violence and that they understand that this violence can be physical, psychological, moral, and even financial.
